Replacement Policy

Replacement policy/procedure:


Fabrocia backs up its products and aims to provide 100% satisfaction to its customers. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a replacement.


Replacements (if and when applicable):

Since all of our carpets are hand made, once a cut from the roll has been made, returns are not accepted unless it is a manufacturing defect. As such, once you receive the product and feel that there is a defect, please send us pictures of the portion of the product with the defect so we can assist you further.


All items requiring replacement need to be repackaged in the way it was received. Careful steps need to be taken to ensure that the product is not damaged in transit back to us


You can obtain a return authorization number by calling or emailing us at the provided phone number/s or email.


The return authorization number needs to be clear and legible on the outer packaging for identification purposes. Illegible or missing authorization information will delay the replacement process. As a precaution, always keep copies of any tracking information that you may receive.


Return authorizations will be valid for the same time within which we can process a replacement (30 days). If the merchandise is not returned within 30 days, the Return Authorization will be cancelled and it will be assumed that the product is being kept and that you accept responsibility for the payment in full.
